If you don't have the raw directory within CoD4 then you have not installed CoD4 mod tools.

Ofcourse your isp is going to be able to see what you're doing, but how are people going to know what isp your with if a vpn is the middle man? Screen shaking is most likely a bug with cod4 AI itself since it happens on default bots but doesn't really effect the bots movement/aim, the connection interrupted is probably the game engine because when it detects at players at 0/999 ping it pops up and bots ping are 0 instead of 5. Small crosshair it gets is because bots has its own weapons and obviously the accuracy on it has been changed Developer of combined ops never made the bots.
