Probably because adobe has yet to fix the problem and kicking everyone out of adobe flash player isn't the best of ideas since so much shit uses adobe flash player also last time this was reported was back in like july this year... reason it has popped up is because adobe has now confirmed the exploit and telling people to get the fuck off it
