is a windows 8.1 size 3 GB ? as an .ISO ? the torrent was marked Verified and many people approved its not a scam

i have windows 7 ultimate 32 bit the porplem is that idiot media creation tool is preventing me for 30 MB missing i bought a USB as 4 GB it is 3.70 GB so i need a way to make the ISO file bootable from the USB without that idiot tool

hey :) bots in Combined ops server seem to have unfair advantage killing other team enemys they seem to be knowing where the enemy is and running where he is , besides 1-shooting very accurate from far distances [without aiming down sights] 2-running where the enemy is 3-killing while shooting NOT on the enemy if this dosent make sense i've got a demo of bot killing through walls, smoke and other things http://workupload.com/file/nnTMxn6u cheers !

if my opinion matters, it is his side proplem not the server, he have to ALT+Ctrl+del then open task manager then see if there is error message (sometimes it dosent ALT+tap out of game to the error while it is black screen)
