Hola and welcome to the forums Hope you enjoy your stay

Only applicant that was allowed to be toxic towards others was Slaya :troll:I've said enough though, so good luck once more ^^

I very rarely say constructive criticism on applicants publicly, but suggest you improve your behavior within the server Rule breakers (Hackers, glitchers, verbal abusers) should be punished accordingly, but childish insults and verbal abuse of your own only sinks you down to their level and results in you breaking in the rules as well Good luck

Which role are you applying for?: Server manager (Bee has been lonely for too long) Do you accept the requirements?: Yes How long have you been in your previous role?: Technically seventeen days, but give or take sixteen months as lead admin completely Why do you think you are ready for a promotion to the said role?: After being a lead admin for roughly sixteen months, feel as if I covered and did everything possible within this position to help the growth of the community and members of it. Ready to advance my abilities along with contribute more than before. Determined to continue assisting Raid in ways I couldn't do prior and further the continuation of the constant growth that we're being met with. More than ready to put in the work and effort to continue contributing to Raid any way I can. Really care for this community and feel as if it's time I step up on the ways I can be a productive member within it. What skills do you have?: To be honest, I have very little skills when it comes to scripting or doing anything that is considered important. My knowledge with site or dedi access/editing is very limited. These are essential skills that I am not fully capable of yet, but have been improving upon recently. However, lacking in important features such as these, I slightly make up for it in both leadership and administrative abilities. Leadership is a very important skill that few and fewer individuals have these days in cod4. Without this, lack of discipline and behavior issues may result. It takes someone who is fully responsible and a positive role model to keep everything together along with moving smoothly forward. Another skill (I won't dwell upon prior mentioned things again to avoid repetition and boredom) is my overall friendliness. I will certainly admit that I will come off as awkward at times. Not everyone socializes in the same manner, but I do my best to bring about a welcoming presence for others and put others' happiness above my own. This trait can be easily overlooked. However, with this, a lot of early bonds and positive impressions can be made. This can result in less conflict in the future and or more willingness for multiple to work towards fixing an issue should it arise. As time progressed in real life and I was met with much more issues that I won't disclose for the time being, matured more and became better equipped to dealing with individuals on a vast amount of issues. I'm uncertain yet to when and how I'll be able to put this new experience into practice on both the site and servers, but if cod4 taught me anything with it's social aspect is that anything may present itself at a given time. Possibly another one that could be considered as a skill would be ability to teach others. Something when helping another learn with b3 commands or how to become a responsible and helpful admin is patience along with positive demeanor. This can result in faster admin training and less overall mistakes that could have easily been avoided if they had (or even given one) the correct mentor/assistant. Due to lead admin experience, would also be capable of helping those who apply for the lead admin position and receive it. There's a lot of new responsibilities that comes with such and assisting the new dark green nubs with their role would result in a smooth transfer without any accidental quirks. One thing that can't be overlooked though is my lack of scripting and editing knowledge. As time progresses, along with most other things, will improve for the better. I've been learning slightly about computer related matters in some of my senior classes. Highly doubtful any of it would be useful in the fields here, but thought that I may as well mention that. Lastly is my ability to quickly learn and be taught. This will be essential when it comes to becoming capable of handling matters expected of a server manager. Committed to learn all that is necessary and more to help Raid What skills do you have that will aid your application for the role?: As mentioned within "What skills do you have" part of the template, most of the required skills I need for server manager are limited to say the least. However, knowledge of b3 and rcon along with crude understanding of the dedi may be helpful. Most of the main skills that would be helpful have already been stated. Once more I would like to point out willingness to learn and put as much effort possible towards learning everything needed for the position and beyond. While I doubt it'll be a short time span for me to know everything, will get there eventually What other communities/clans are you an admin in at the moment (if any?): None Why should we choose you over others?: I don’t really like this part of the template due to making it seem more competitive than it needs to be, however do need to fill it out. I’ve put in countless hours into Raid both when I was within my home and at school, practices, and meetings. Constantly trying to resolve issues that appear every now and then amongst members of the community which (Unfortunately) doesn’t seem to be handled by most other nubs. Along with such said things is full out commitment and desire to continue on regardless of difficulty I may be faced with initially. With these being the case, my devotion to Raid is evident and easily known. In addition, will still be as active on the servers and interactive with the players like before. Still enjoy playing on cod4 and providing care when it's required. Believe that both behind the scenes contribution and public contribution will be what makes me a successful server manager Is there anything else you think could help with your application or that you would like to add?: Believe everything that needs to be said has been. Please provide a link to your previous application: http://raid-gaming.net/forums/topic/1916-antis-admin-application/ tl;dr 4 Mky: I wnt svr manngr Also, for Bee: https://gyazo.com/5a4184cf2540d016fcdfd345a4c6f0f2

You open your eyes in shockBoth of you then check the clock There's still time to log in Browsing on reddit now begins Hours spent on csgo pages Reading posts that must have took ages Love grows as you two campaign Others agree with lowering the prices again The morning arrives with the sun Both of you had a great deal of fun Don't recall being so sweaty Didn't talk about it to avoid seeming petty You need to get back to your wife Still glad that you can keep your regular life She looks at you with an odd smile Then warps into a track as long as a mile You're horrified as you everything has changed Seeing random colors seem strange Pain runs through your body Thoughts going through your mind that are naughty Everything fades to black You then discover that you're back Coldness surrounds you on every side Emotions now range rather wide Attempting to get up causes you pain "Continue", says your brain You hobble over to the lights Every step feels like a cage fight Upon flickering them on you learn something weird Realization hits upon seeing a scene you feared The bathtub is full of red ice Wooden floor is walked on by filthy mice The mirror is shattered, but you can still see Sight of you wants to make you flee There's a large slash in your gut You slowly mouth the word, "What" A small shove against the door breaks it down The room you walked into is full of depressed clowns They tell you to join the guilt Suddenly feels like you're wilt You try to go back into the bathroom Only to find it a village of mushrooms Tiny blue people everywhere Find yourself only able to stare They then turn to you Creepily saying that everything is through The houses explode into shades of red Contemplation starts on if you're alive or dead Is this a dream influenced by your immense regret Or simply fulfilling a past life's debt The red swallows you whole All the shades turn into charcoal Blackness welcomes you once more You open and walk through the chilling door Sunlight hits your eyes as they open Was this dream an omen? At the other side of your bed she laid She gets up after noticing that you prayed You say you can't do this She replied that you two already did and it was bliss Confusion hits since you don't remember Body continues to tremor Did you forcefully block out everything to not feel ashamed? Make up a false situation to avoid taking the blame? It worked through your subconscious though Oh how it put on such a wonderful show Everything in your insane dreams now explained You know that there was nothing you gained She asks you if you were alright Unaware that you tried not to scream with all your might You like her without a doubt But there's still your wife to think about Unsure as what next you should do Searching through the internet may give an useful clue Good luck to whoever is next and I skipped Fedzor's since he didn't follow the rules :dave:

Could have worded it better and upon reflection, does appear offensive. So, apologies for that. I'm aware that server managing isn't the only thing that community managers work on and there's much for to it than that. However, personally feel as if it's necessary for me to comprehend and know such in order to not just be someone that states his opinions on rather important matters, but incapable of doing remotely close to the work that either nubs are able to when it comes to server related matters or bigger projects like you have mentioned. Despite you barley touching the servers, you still had a fair understanding of what to do and possessed the ability to help out on multiple bigger projects when assistance was needed. While these may not be 100% critical for a successful community manager, my personal perspective won't allow for being unable to meet all standards within a given position or role and contribute equally as others. This especially being the case when it comes to something that matters to such an extent. For server manager, the other applicants will need to learn the same as me when it comes to actually managing the server(s) along with dedi nubness. This being why I applied even though I was aware that Sentrex and now Slaya are both more capable in most other fields that grant them deserving the role more than I do. However, even that is pushing it a bit for my perspective. For a community manager though (And this may have just been because of the way that most community managers had to actually deal with a lot of server matters), it's almost expected to know such and more beyond that. It may be a false assumption and doesn't really matter, but personally not having the ability to put in as much work as those before and current is a burden upon the conscience

Gracias Darmoo and the other recent postersI'm willing along with the nubzors ^^ Again, I'm too nub to be a community manager In the highly unlikely chance that ever happens, would like to have server managing experience along with the ability to actually help out more than only dealing with rank loss/admin abuse tickets or maybe giving VIP along with checking paypal Both Mikey (site wise) and iMnub (server wise) have more capabilities than that and honestly would feel as if I'm not helping out even close to the extent expected out of a community manager You may have been alright with barley working on the servers, but I'm not

Remember our agreement Mikey regarding fully remaking the old theme or demotion from community manager :troll: My main suggestion would be the ability to change the color scheme of the new forum theme Purple on black doesn't go well with my poor eyesight and that's one of the main reasons I still used the old and even mobile theme instead

You became server admin first, so fair enough that you're announced last :troll:

Truly appreciate your suggestion and it had been taken into consideration But, feels as if you're diving into another topic as well If you wish to bring back grenade launchers and other features or further go in-depth how such isn't fair, more than welcomed to make a thread regarding that matter However, this is regarding "camping" and as iMnub stated, we already had something similar to this and it was decided no rules against camping would be made It's a style of playing which almost every player uses in one form or another To put restrictions upon such would hinder most players' enjoyment of the game and make the FUN server not that "fun" As was decided in the last thread on this subject, no rules against camping will be created Gracias once more for taking the time to suggest something that you feel would make a positive difference
