Don't you ache the next day? Dude, your a robot. I have a dedicated leg day, or a day that a work on my arms, but damn, I guess I don't go as hard as you xD

Unless I'm doing heavy sets and low reps with weights, I don't get sore ^^ Usually have hour of cardio and three hours of weights depending on which day it is. Monday is core and Tuesday is leg for example. However, due to needing to lose weight, just have pure cardio now and a hour focused on all muscle groups

Best way to go but it's not that good to train that much I think as you over train your muscles
