      If I can stuff my face with deep fried foods constantly and maintain decent health, then I can workout too much and maintain decent health :P

      Unless I'm doing heavy sets and low reps with weights, I don't get sore ^^ Usually have hour of cardio and three hours of weights depending on which day it is. Monday is core and Tuesday is leg for example. However, due to needing to lose weight, just have pure cardio now and a hour focused on all muscle groups

      Three hours (Hour and a half on both elliptical and treadmill). Focus on weight lifting for a hour afterwards. Moved up time on cardio due to needing to lose thirty pounds in the next two months
