That's what I did. But for some reason I couldn't launch into Safemode with network, Windows only gave me an option of [safemode] So I clicked it, and it just put me into what I was in. So idk.

There's a lot of ways to do it, but most of them will end up in you being banned. Both injecting and regular use of the asi loader (dinput.dll) are detected. If you don't mind getting banned you could use Native Trainer to do it. First use an ASI loader to load ASI's, one comes with Native Trainer I think, if not just search for asi loader and get the most recent one. Your ASI loader is the menu. Stefan is right, the level restriction came later. Spencer probally played comp and got lvl 3 with ease, since it's really easy to level up in comp compared to playin casual
