    Got level 3 in CS:GO, biggest pain in my ass, I think getting Global Elite would be easier to achieve..

      Stefan is right, the level restriction came later. Spencer probally played comp and got lvl 3 with ease, since it's really easy to level up in comp compared to playin casual
