1) more space on your hard disk

to get rid of ineeded files (Temp) I generally find that this one goes the deepest

a- Clear Cache
Download TFC by OldTimer to your desktop

Please double-click TFC.exe to run it. (Note: If you are running on Vista, right-click on the file and choose Run As Administrator)

It will close all programs when run, so make sure you have saved all your work before you begin.

Click the Start button to begin the process. Depending on how often you clean temp files, execution time should be anywhere from a few seconds to a minute or two.  Let it run uninterrupted to completion.

Once it's finished it should reboot your machine. If it does not, please manually reboot the machine yourself to ensure a complete clean.

b- Clear Temp Files
Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.

Open notepad and copy/paste the text in the quotebox below into it:

CreateRestorePoint:
EmptyTemp:
CMD: bitsadmin /reset /allusers

Save this as fixlist.txt, in the same location as FRST.exe
FRSTfix.JPG
Then Run FRST and press Fix

Rboot the pc after that

MBAMLog.JPG
reboot your pc if it needed
3) no more virus coming form USB

Additional programme to run and install if you have used an infected USB stick

Download MCShield to your desktop and install
It will initially run a scan and show the result as a toaster by the system clock
Then in the control centre select scanner and tick unhide items on flash drives

Plug in the drive and MCShield will start a scan
