What is the ticket system?

 

The ticket system is the old ban request/appeal but there more, you'll be able to report server issues there and not just server issues, you can also report admin abuse that is private between the community managers only and will stay private between us and you. Also ban request and appeals will be private between the trial admins+ and website issues are server manager+.

 

Why replace the old ban request/appeal forum with a ticket system?

 

Well on the old one, i felt like people was getting involved into the topics for no reason or people was replying for no reason and it just kept making me and others clicking it for no reason and it just became annoying.

 

Also this will make more room on the forum section and help keep admin stuff in the admin area away from the general public where they don't need to see it and so people are able to report people with the feel of being 'bullied/disliked' for telling on people.!
