The dark grey bar goes more to the left when you make the window smaller and smaller.

Its a mobile issue. Use the mobile skin :). Its there for a reason. Also I could fix it but no ones screen in that small.

My monitor is 1920x1080 and I usually use ts on one side and raid on the other.

This actually seems to be either a bug with css3 or a bug with chrome. I will feather into it but it seems like it may be something i can not fix.
