Edit: My whole playlist isn't just ODESZA, that is just me adding about 3 albums of theirs to my playlist in one go. My actual playlist is like 400 songs so far and still growing.

A program called rainmeter.

Only bad thing about rainmeter is that it uses a whole bunch of ram.

If you have 8 gigs + it should be fine, however 12 should be good enough.

I don't know about that.. Even if you have 4gb and are using a small amount of rainmeter add-ons, you should be fine. I use 16gb and don't use rainmeter, but I've never had an issue with it on any of my machines (both low end and high end)

I've used it before, and (with a quite a few add-ons) it uses an additional gigabyte/two of RAM.

As Sharpienero said, if you use a minimal amount of add-ons then you should be completely fine, however if you want to have a whole bunch of add-ons then you'd need keep an eye on how much RAM it's using.
