I'm pretty sure windows upgrades (like 7 to 10) carry over the programs from the old version.

Also are we gonna ignore the fact bosnian has txt files called 'Netflix accounts' and 'Spammer'

Oh yeah and you have utorrent and photoshop installed hmm.

It does but there's a fresh install option that re formats the drive. by "Fresh" install im under the impression that he wiped the drive
