Compiling Reflections Error

Hey, im having this error when trying to compile my reflections for my maps. I've tried multiple maps so there's nothing wrong with the map. I can still play cod4. But I can't compile reflections. I Keep getting this error

go to your installed programs and see if you have microsoft visual c++ redistributables

reinstalled mod tools
