Only if you could be more specific.. like: I found a bug at the map Godfather for the mod deathrun, is there a possible way to fix it ? 

 

Anyways, there is not a fix for that (atleast in my area for knowing it). Maybe it could be scripted by one of the raid members here.

Dont know if your talking about the same thing but i found this glitch on godfather ages ago:

 

There is a ladder on the wall that allows you to climb ontop of acti area

You cant actually shoot the acti but it does allow you to skip some traps and jump out of the map
