Map Moving Decal

Yo,

 

Guys im having a problem figuring out how to do this...

 

Goal:

 

Display a Television show by using a decal.

 

Evidence:

 

Is in deathrun v2 by 4gf they have moving sprays.

 

// Im not talking about a scroll texture more like a .gif but for ingame. I don't think there is anyway in effect editor.

It works in CoD4, there's a "numbers" effect in cod4 tools that uses this "atlas" animation method.

Correct me if i am wrong but only xanim and xmodels have to be ported assuming we only get raw/fx and raw/martail this could be easily done through the CoD5 Editor and it will possibly work in cod4.

imho method2 is rather more tricky and difficult for scrubs but can be used in materials (think of "movies" in menus) and models :davesir:

sorry to pump i'v got the settings for the atlas method within my .efx file but how can i make a moving martail?
