PC's demotion and perm ban

So earlier today I decided that it has been long enough and decided to promote @PC. and @Caspa back to Server Admins as they were being good. 

 

But then just now a banned player was on our servers, so I went on to the server to do the normal procedure for a ban evader. Upon doing this procedure, PC then began to tell this player how to bypass this and get back on the server, resulting in him also being perm banned as he knows it's against the rules.
