Wanted to reply to Mikey in the topic 'Running an application to become a Server Admin' by InvoM but couldn't because it got closed, so I'm just doing it this way .

It's really hard to not spam your posts to be able to apply for admin at this point, seeing as pretty much no new topics get created. Maybe you should look into changing the requirements up a bit. Could even remove the post requirement entirely and make the other requirements a little higher. Maybe up the time the player has to have on the server? Up the connections?

Meh, the user still needs amount of X posts as to be shown he will be active on the forums and in the server, combined with his play time. But who knows, the requirements could be updated if there's a better idea.

Being active on the forum really shouldn't be a requirement anymore. There's a lot of admins that just stop using the forum after they get accepted. I don't see any admins posting and actively using the forums (apart from maybe two admins). And also you don't need X amount of posts to show that you'll be active on the server.

You should get a forum plugin where they can't make an app until they meet the requirements on the website.

That doesn't show activity. 

 

For example, there are a few current admins that still don't visit the forums unless they're not getting auth'd by b3
