Ticket system is back!

Hello all,

As we have all known I've been trying my hardest to get a new Ticket system implemented the forums. Unfortuantly this has become much more of a task that I have had the time for. So instead, I've hacked into the IPB database... jk... I've enabled the IPB inbuild support system that should greatly help all the people that need support. Its all handled in the same way and I've made it easier and more clear on what you need to provid the Admin Team to help them solve your issue.
