Need a bit of help, issues with xp

So i opened my server not too long ago and i had a few people on it and now one of them got reset somehow and wants his level back so is there a way to give back levels or xp to people who have lost them on the server? Because i use b3 as an administration plugin and !xp or !givexp dosen't work any help is appreciated.

Well that means i loose players and no its not their fault the server glitched and i told the server host they said they had maintenace

Don't fiddle with the mod files or name or _rank.gsc
