Well mine has 10 fans in total and doesn't bother me at all since I either have music playing or a headset on. I was planning on putting it on the ground but decided that since I was setting up the PSU as an intake I didn't want to block off the airflow by setting it on my carpet.

IMO razer is nothing to be jelly about. they aren't really good and rather a waste of money. Source: All my peripherals are razer. They are made out of cheap materials, their software sucks and it's buggy.
