I've been on teamspeak for awhile now but every time i try to join a channel thats not area 1-4 i get "insufficient permission" 

 

I later found out that its because i dont have normal for teamspeak, so i went around asking people how to get normal and they said to ask a community manager, problem is i dont have the permission to access a channel that they're in. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated!
