error with teamspeak 3

i have a problem cuz i try to connect to the raid team speak server and it always says "failed to connect to server" and it never did that before. can someone help me plz thank you  :)

Did you recently update your teamspeak?

Make sure that the new, updated version is forwarded through your firewall. Also, are you having trouble connecting to just Raid ts, or is it happening across all teamspeak servers?

Try directly connecting to the teamspeak through our IP rather than raid-gaming.net as the hostname.

So replace raid-gaming.net with 198.245.49.104

Sorry, it was due to our host, they was having some DNS issues with our server and i had to manually reboot the server for them to notice it -.-

I meant there was a problem but OVH wasn't taking any notice of it, so i forced rebooted the server so when ovh ping the server they'll notice a problem with the connection and do something about it
