cd key [Cracked] problem when i uninstalled codx4

i was trying to install cod4x on my pc but due to my inability to make cod4x work

 i uninstalled it and when i started my dr server and joined it said the my kd is in use (its cracked) but i didnt have that problem b4 so can some one help me
