I'm trying to contact support since yesterday because I need to update a plugin in my terraria server. This is, download a 7 mb file and extract it to the root folder. I tried to do this myself via ftp but I can't replace the main .exe file, so I need support to do it. Been waiting many hours without a response. Is this delay in response normal with gameservers? Today, time is the most important factor for any service you are providing. I will have to build a player base again, because all my players have gone. I don't recommend working with gameservers if response time is a critical factor toy you or your business.
