Isn't the point of the mod to make surfing in cod4 feel like csgo rather than "grind against a bar at high speeds and low gravity"? I see no problem with the comparison when you're actively trying to make a game just like another.

That doesn't necessarily mean there won't be separate game modes with and without space battles. It's too early to tell at this point.

Uhhh that trailer makes the new game look cool as fuck. The single player alone looks completely brand new/exciting. Flying fuckin spaceships around and shit hell yeah. Im gonna take the nostalgia glasses off and have no expectations, but im definitely buying a cod that takes me to new planets and lets me fly spaceships without any modding involved.

I'll still pursue it competitively as a hobby, but I'll probably never make it a job :| The ts stories I'll probably end up telling to the younger generations.
