You can't force some one to not cheat on some one else's server. It's the internet, you're allowed to do what you want until some one who has the power to stop you. C4S admin can't just force him to not do stuff other people don't like or he doesn't like. It's the same here, if one of the admins starts hacking on another server, it's not iMtroll responsibility to make him stop.

Because iMtroll himself has hacked on AR51? Besides that, if there is evidence to support an admin of yours has hacks and used them is it not in the best interests of you, the community manager, to deal with him/her?

Point is Whatever server he is hacking on it is there responsibility not the server he is admin on. If the server he is admin on finds outthat he hacked on another server then they might ban/temp ban or demote him/her to prevent any complications with that person in the future.
