    So, I opened a ticket with Steam Support on Monday regarding retrieving my Steam account post "virus clicking" ;-; I still haven't had a response. Any ideas as to what I should do?

      They don't normally reply/help you if you got malware on your computer. So if you've lost stuff gl getting your shit back. Because your account is your responsability
