Eh, he's right to an extent but there are basic subjects everyone should learn (HISTORY, BASIC MATH, ENGLISH, ETC.). In fact, we need to add subjects (like basic programming). I've always felt the "Why am I learning this I'll never use it in real life" argument was dumb. There are a lot of careers that need you to know Calc+ math and write at a College Level..
