  1. Fuck it aswell: The past 2 weeks, i was at this program called NCS (National Citizen Service) Basically like a big group of people around your age group going to places to do activities, and to meet new people, if you ever consider doing it, it is so worth it :3

  2. Before i make this post, lemme just get this straight this is just my opinion

    1. Worldofmetal should not be added, since it just is generally not a good map, it's far too long, has way too many bounces and is not up to raid's standards, and also considering it's made by eBc|Legend makes it even worse for me [ Rating: 3/10 ]

    I definitely wouldn't recommend adding worldofmetal and stages, they're both poorly made (imo). This and they're kind of long with lots of strafes, so it can cause lots of players to leave as tend to die near the start of the map because they can't even make it past the first few traps. So they're just playing a map of watching others players pretty much   :dave:

    Pretty much this ^^, Stages isn't as bad but it's simply a case of jump, jump, bounce, bounce, strafe, jump which you could say is the same case with majority of maps but there isn't many like obstacles in the pathway of the map, it's just the case of run, run and run [ Rating: 6/10 ]

     

    3. Onsea, not a big fan of the textures he has chosen but nevertheless the map doesn't seem too bad, the secret however, yeah not a fan. [ Rating: 7-8/10 Because of the floor ]

     

    4. Fusion, I like because it brings back memories and also the fact i love the song :>, the map however it pretty fun to play even with traps activated it is kind of difficult so that adds a good factor there [ Rating: 9/10 ] 

    (Inferno is Inferno, i'll just leave it at that)

     

    5. Glow, i'm not too sure on this map, so i'll just let people leave their opinions on this one, however it does seem fun to play so [ Rating: 8/10 ]

Hello all, recently i decided to get back into mapping, after about a year of not doing anything except testing, last map was dawn, but i didn't even make it that i just fixed it, so technically this would be my first map however I've had that many projects that i simply given up on i never PHYSICALLY finished a map, since i just generally lose the effort and give up for reasons like: 1. i can't be bothered | 2. Effort and 3. Boring, so hopefully this is a step in the right direction.

     

    Anyway onto the map:

    If you see familiar models, then this is because i have exported models from BO2, AW and BO1, since it might of made the map a little nicer

     

    Feel free to leave opinions on whether i should continue this project or not, since i literally want feedback heh (WHAT SHOULD I DO BETTER? | WHAT IMPROVEMENTS SHOULD BE MADE? )

  4. Recently raid is having a shortage of 'new' maps, so i took a little look at moddb, to scan through the pieces of shit and try and find semi good maps, and i think these are pretty good
    Map 1:
    Name of map: Deathrun_Sanctuary
     
    Difficulty: Medium, When activated maybe hard
    Length of map: Medium
    Amount of traps: 10
    End rooms: Bounce, Knife, Snipe, Magic Fight

    Difficulty: Easy, When activated Hard
    Length of map: Medium/Long

    End rooms: Jump, Snipe, Old

    Map 3, This one i'm not so sure on, it's fun to PLAY but i don't know wether or not it's up to raid's standards!

    The first two are the main reason this thread was created, however the 3rd map was an addition because it seemed fun to play in devmap, it's up to you guys though

  5. My opinion on the mod AS OF NOW: I don't like, sorry but i just don't it just doesnt feel 'party' enough, it's not fun enough for me, however i have a couple suggestions for you that MAYBE might make it better

    Suggestions:

    1. Speed up the credits, it's kinda slow imo

    2. Add those MW3 sounds i sent you, it might make the experience slightly more fun

    3. Add some more maps, like the one's i suggested in the combined ops thread

    4. Make the rate of fire higher on the M9

    5. Add some more customization besides character and weapon, considering the weapon can only ideally be customized on AoN, so kinda removes the ability to have a custom weapon on the majority of gamemodes

    6. Add a playercard like in raid's fun server/deathrun, i think that it look nice, something like this:
