Is it somehow possible to disable keys while they're ghosts? or get the players current bind key for use change it to something non-existant and then change it back to their original key once they're not a ghost.

You can do so using client commands, but there's nothing stopping them from rebinding their keys mid round (I believe)

That was for me so clientcmds would work on me, you change/add a certain function to the menu, menu name doesn't matter.
