Adobe flash has been compromised lately and it as of now a serious threat. I believe it's malwayre. Adobe released a new update and they highly suggest updating within 72 hours but I suggest in uninstalling it for now

I only have Adobe Shockwave player installed in my new PC  :huh:

 

EDIT: Do i uninstall Google Chrome? I disabled flash player from chrome

Just disable it, no need to uninstall

I would uninstall. And most websites use html5 anyway now

Guys,

 

This is actually a serious problem to those who don't know alot about the ICT sector. They said they can control and freeze your computer/ laptop with this bug and take everything what's inside ur PC.

 

So yes I would delete it instead disabeling it. And get a Anti-Virus to protect more, best ones till now is Anti-Malwarebytes.

I haven't installed flash since I reinstalled my os about a month ago now, and it hasn't made a difference to my browsing habits. Most websites allow html5 with the exceptions of facebook and crunchyroll. Not to mention, flash is shitty. I'd recommend leaving it behind and not looking back.

 

If you're a linux user, try Gnash.
