Another ghostmode bug

When the acti leaves midgame and there's a new acti being chosen, people that are in ghostmode can still be chosen as activator.

it's not a bug, i'm making it so dead players can be picked as acti as well to the point where jumpers won't be picked because it's annoying when alive jumper is about to finish the map and acti leaves and he get picked as acti.
