Mod Download Loop

I recently had to reinstall Call of Duty 4. Now I don't know if this is happening to other people but here's what's going on. For some reason, I'm stuck in a loop in the download screen. It seems to continue looping to download mod.ff. I haven't been able to find the file on this website or any other. Perhaps this might be happening to others but I'm not sure.

Looked into it, appears one of the ,iwd's on the redirect wasn't the correct file size, should be fixed now.
