Torrent the OS, I'm talking about a dvd drive for installing drivers to parts because each part always has 1 or 2 discs you'll need to install them. I installed my OS via USB, I'd suggest the same unless you already have a windows disc laying around.

It would be better to buy the os. All that extra bullshit is uneeded. Also check if that cpu cooler can work with the cpu

I just downloaded drivers on my old pc and put them onto a USB and

Well, first the network driver, then the audio driver then maybe the graphics driver (basic installation) and then auto update from the internet. etc etc, and then install all but then all updates from Windows :dave: and that will take good 3 hours maybe more depends on ur internet :>

 

Anyways, get also a other network card :>, get a network card what includes WIFI and LAN, and not just WiFi, if I am wrong that the card only got WiFi say it, then its nothing wrong with it.
