He bought his current BMW 730D for 25,000 2nd hand at a year year old, and has had it for around two years and he decided he needed a change :D However he does own a company which imports things from China and sells them via Amazon, massive profit c: He doesn't usually buy brand new cars, he just felt like he wanted to due to having some extra money saved up

@Pixel We're BMW buddies! They're my favourite "brand" of car, and always will be! My dad has a BMW 760 Li Fucking beastly (crap miles to the gallon though) He only uses it for weekends, and he enjoys the pure grunt and power of it, as probably guessed it's a 6.0 Litre petrol engine, absolutely mad :D 0-60 is 4.3 seconds! However his every day car is a BMW 730D (Good miles to the gallon and is very comfortable) But he's bought a new BMW due to the 730D being three years old now, so he decided to buy a BMW 520D Estate c: Bought it for 40,000 pounds brand new, not entirely sure why he bought it brand new, but it looks quite good I guess c: My dream car is the BMW M5 in all, dad used to have one of the older shapes a long time ago, back when I was 6-7, was bloody quick c: But I like the newer shapes now

Devmap it in-game, and map size is just personal judgement, say Dragonball is quite a big map, same as Underworld, so you'd put Large for it. Or if it was something like Pool, it'd be small, then anything in-between small and large is medium c:

Apparently GTA 5 is badly optimised for my CPU (AMD FX 8350) Currently waiting for patch which HOPEFULLY should come out in a week or so

are you sure its CPU and not the drivers?

Pretty sure, tried to install the drivers about 10 times now, literally ;_; Also did what Beatthat said (to install the drivers) but it has to be a CPU thing due to people on the exact same rig as me having the same problem

I don't though, I think it's the drivers, I'm having issues but will get me dad to do it

Average 50 fps for me but I use vsync which solves the problem of "screen tearing"

Anyone played GTA 5 on an AMD R9 280x/ equivalent? Any issues with FPS?

980 everything on max apart from advanced graphics settings, 100fps in desert and 80 in city

I dunno whether to buy a 980 or wait until there's something better for the same price (like nvidia's next generation or w/e)
