I see where this is heading, locking the topic.
-
I've told many people before to do it the exact same way, also I never actually gave out a template csv?
-
Pls Bosnian, mine and Staabs work for everyone except you. Which leads me to believe you're not doing it correctly, to blame us for it not working is ridiculous. At least the problem is fixed now

Taken from where you download it from (https://iceops.in/index.php/Thread/1365-CoD4X-Client-edition-Need-testers-Pre-Alpha/?postID=18008#post18008)

It would appear you're asking on the forums for every little thing that you want to do, I would suggest at least trying to do them yourself before making a topic. If you just use scripts that people provide for you then you'll never learn. Now I'll try and talk you through how to go about figuring something out yourself. So, fire an effect right? So somehow you're going to need to play and effect after activation. But how can you find out what to type in the script? http://zeroy.com/script/ expand all, Ctrl+F (find) and try searching keywords that may be related to playing an effect. When you type 'effect' it will show you the 'Effects' category, with 11 different functions listed. It would appear to be fairly obvious that ''playFX'' is the most fitting. And there, you've found the function you need. I'm sure somewhere else in your script you've made something wait until the trigger is activated. You can copy that over and just change the variables "blah = getEnt( "blah", "targetname" )" You can open 'EffectsEd' from your compile tools and open effects to look at what they're like in-game, then you must load the effect. I'm going to leave it here so you can figure it out for yourself, you'll learn A LOT more by doing things this way instead of asking everything. Best of luck!

I believe when you use an actual weapon you're able to pick it up in-game
-
Click on grid > misc > model then select the weapon you want
-
I'd suggest using an xmodel of the weapon and creating a trigger and giving them the weapon through script
-
Good luck Ghost.

I'd like to propose a new command that could be implemented into b3, would come in extremely useful. !bitch How it works: when someone does !bitch [name] Raid Bot will tell that person to stop bitching! An example of this is, player1: omg fag stop activating noob player2: !bitch player1 [RaidBot]: player1 stop bitching and shut up! player2: ty v much raid bot If you're not a fan of !bitch, perhaps have something that will tell the player that activating is a part of deathrun? Like, [RaidBot]: You should never complain about activating! It's a part of Death Run. I know this is already said automatically by the Bot but it would be nice to have a command to say it when needed :) Perhaps people will listen to the Bot more than other players ;_;

Hmm yeah, I guess you're correct. But I feel like I can't tell someone to 'stop being annoying' in the first place, as there is no rule about that. But as for the personal attacks on the activator I do warn for things like that; "F*** you acti b***** why no free", or something to that effect. But as I said, it wouldn't feel right telling someone to stop doing something if it isn't against the rules, and if they don't listen, using rule 10 as a ground to punish them feels a tad like abuse to me :/ My opinion :P

Main point of this is as a friendly reminder that activating is good and you shouldn't moan about it, not to actually deal out any punishment
